Sofia Quinit is a storyteller, photographer, and traveler from Guatemala.
Sofia is passionate about street photography. She documents daily life characters, scenes, and stories. Her photography capture alive moments of local cultures.
Currently, she is traveling Asia and Europe. Sofia considers her nomadic life, visual arts, and blog as a claim to inspire more Latin American women to stand up for their dreams and freedom.
During her trips, she documents ecological projects such as Sadhana Forest in Auroville India, shoots personal photo sessions, works as a commercial photographer for events and bakeries, and creates "The Breaking Point Project", a mosaic of portraits and stories from travelers, digital nomads and immigrants who went out of their comfort zone to live a more authentic life.
Sofia studied Communication and Politics in the University of Paul Valery, Montpellier France. She is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
